WE ARE AN EXPERIENCED SUPPLIER OF QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCT TO COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY


YOUR ORDERS ARE HANDLED CAREFULLY AND ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOLLOWED PRIOR TO 
DISPATCH


ALL GOODS ARE SUPPLIED SUBJECT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNLESS VARIED BY SPECIAL NEGOTIATION


Occasionally goods incur some damage whilst in transit

1. Customers should always sign carrier receipts for goods as “CONTENTS UNEXAMINED”
2. We and/or our independent carriers MUST be advised within THREE DAYS of receipt of any damages and shortages
3. We will either arrange collection and replacement of any damaged items or make full refund at customer request
4. It we are not advised of any damages or shortages within THREE DAYS of receipt we cannot be held responsible – any
charges for reparation of such damages or shortages after this time will be to customer account

We do not supply goods on test or trial

1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORISED RETURNS
2. All goods which have been authorised for return must be in original packaging, undamaged and fit for resale
3. Carriage costs of authorised returns are to the customer account
4. Authorised returns are subject to 20% handling charge
5. Monies will be refunded to your credit card or paypal account depending on how you paid within 3 days
6. All goods must be returned within 7 working days
